I have always been guided by spirit since I was a child. I felt connected to everything.  Growing up, I met the right people, at the right time which was planned at soul level.  The significance of these people in my life has been the catalyst for the realisation of why I am here.

Every human being has an essence.  This essence is consciousness.  The Universe is conscious.  We are currently living in times where there is a huge shift in human consciousness.  Many people are realising the power of observing their minds and their thoughts, and they are finding their inner stillness, which consciousness. Going with the flow – ‘to see with your heart’. Living each day in the ‘now’, which is being conscious, is truly liberating.  It is transcending time and the mind, and experiencing joy, love and peace from a deep sense of being.  Being present with unconditional love by releasing all thoughts and just living in the present moment, is to align with the Universal consciousness, which is Divine consciousness.  

I am here to teach others through my words which are from spirit, to encourage you on your journey, to peel away the layers, to release, to heal, and begin to remember the true essence of who you are. Ultimately, to help you to find your inner stillness and connect with your Divine Self.  You have found me for a reason.
